already planned.

Full planning is done-for-you service ideal for anyone short on time.
Clients who choose full-service value a professional’s expertise, problem-solving
skills, and ability to think ahead to the what-ifs. Because of their limited
time, they need someone who can cut through the noise, give options,
and present solutions instead of problems.

Do I Need a Partial or Full-Service Wedding Planner?

If your day starts at 5 am and is non-stop until 8 pm, realistically,

What Can I Expect To Receive From Full-Service Planning?

My full-service packages range from basic full-service to weekend
management. The specific services you receive depend on the package
you choose, but here are some major features:

Bi-monthly Planning Meetings: We’ll find a time that works within
your schedule, then meet to discuss everything wedding.

Venue Tours: I’ll tour the venues you’re looking at for the welcome
event, wedding, after-wedding brunch, and other related events.

Event Management: Depending on your selected package, I’ll manage
your wedding events, including the rehearsal dinner and brunch.

Invitation Suite Management: I’ll go to your stationer (when possible)
or receive the delivery, assemble, mail out, and track RSVPs. All you have
to do is ensure the name and address information are correct.

Construct and Manage Budget: I won’t tell you how to spend your
money. Instead, I’ll help you build and maintain a financial plan that
gets you the wedding you want at a price you can afford.

3D Floorplan Rendering: Get an idea of what your setup will look
like on the big day.

Welcome Bags: If you decide you want welcome bags, I’ll assemble
and deliver them to your hotel blocks.

Unlimited Emails, Texts, and Calls: Feel free to email or text me.
If you’d like to hop on a call, we’ll schedule a meeting time
(due to time zone differences).

Vendor Management: From the venue to the churro cart, there’s
no cap on how many vendors I’ll take under my wing.

Team Communication: I’ll track where we’re at in the process and
ensure we’re on the same page regarding the wedding details,
timelines, payments, etc.

Final Venue Walkthrough: 30-60 days out, I’ll walk through your
venue for a final details check before the big day.

Wedding-day Management: I’ll be the first person at your venue
and the last person you hug at the end of the night.

As a full-service wedding planner, I pretty much do all the things.
I’m there for you from start to finish, taking care of all the vendors,
answering your questions, handling your concerns, building, constructing,
designing, and saving you a ton of white space on your to-do list.
